Dr. Widmann received her doctoral degree in family nursing practice (DNP, FNP) from Baylor University, BSN from University of the Incarnate Word, and BS in Nutrition from Purdue University Global. She is Board-Certified in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). She is also certified in peptide therapy and regenerative therapies (neuropathy, parafacet, aesthetics, orthopedics) and is currently pursuing Board Certification for functional medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and North Carolina Nurses Association. Dr. Widmann is also a nationally recognized award winner, recognized as the ANCC Pathway to Excellence Nurse of the Year – Direct Care Nurse in 2022.

Dr. Widmann specializes in hormone optimization, nutrition science, IV nutrient therapy, peptide therapy, and mesenchymal stem cells. She has a passion for women’s health, nutrition, and sports medicine.
